Lauren is a licensed real estate agent with Pearson Smith Realty in Ashburn, VA. Lauren and her husband settled in the Lowes Island/Cascades community of Loudoun County in 1999. She immediately fell in love with all that the area has to offer – the friendly suburban communities, the rolling hills, the quaint horse and farm towns, and her favorite, the charming wineries! As a real estate professional, Lauren is thrilled to be able to share her passion for this area and continue to assist families along their journey. The thing Lauren loves most about her work is the feeling of satisfaction that comes from helping people realize their dreams and achieve their goals. She builds partnerships with her clients that last well beyond the sale because she conducts her business the same way she lives her life; with honesty, respect, determination and a healthy dose of fun. Lauren wants you to feel comfortable, informed and relaxed.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends visiting the local wineries, checking out new restaurants, traveling to the beach, and watching her daughter horseback ride during their weekly outing to the barn. In her blog, Living Large in Loudoun, Lauren shares all sorts of information about her passions: real estate, community happenings, home and garden information and tips, and of course, what to do and where to go to truly enjoy this beautiful area we live in.
