We’re still seeing strong Market Data for Home Sellers in Loudoun County. Low inventory continued in the month of July resulting in increased home values and minimal number of days on market (the average is just 9!).

BUT…Sellers are not immune to the pitfalls of overpricing their homes. Buyers are savvy and they know what comparable properties have sold for. Today’s Buyer will wait a little longer to get a good value rather than paying more than what they feel your home is worth.
