Named after the machine that helped revolutionize the chocolate industry, The Conche is a chocolate-themed restaurant and shop located in the heart of The Village at Leesburg from Celebrity Chef Santosh Tiptur. The versatile restaurant serves as an interactive space where guests can indulge in sweet and savory dishes, decadent desserts, an assortment of handcrafted chocolates at the on-site Chocolate Shop, a full bar featuring chocolate-infused cocktails, a 300 square foot ‘Chocolate Lab’ which hosts hands-on cooking classes for both children and adults, and a walk-up window inviting visitors to grab some of their favorite sweets and treats to-go!

For The Conche, chocolate comes together not only for dessert, but also for unique savory dishes and sumptuous cocktails. The Conche’s chocolate themed menu is a fantastic opportunity to rock the taste buds with the smooth and complex flavors that chocolate has to offer.

While at The Coche, be sure to give their short ribs a try. Braised in red wine and chocolate, they are served with sautéed crimini mushrooms, roasted garlic potato puree, and crispy greens. The cocoa rubbed New York strip steak, made with a chocolate burgundy reduction, is a perfect marriage of savory and sweet.

The Conche’s particular brand makes for a perfect cocktail. Be sure to try their unique drink, the Moussetache, which contains Vodka, Cream De Cacoa, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Mousee, with a Cocoa Nib Rim all garnished with a chocolate Mustache. WOW!

The Conche’s twist on an old classic, the Conche old Fashion, combines bourbon with Aztec chocolate bitters, orange bitters, and simple syrup. The Coche is open from 11 AM till 8:30 PM on weekdays, and till 10 PM on weekends. Lunch is served between 11:30-2:30 PM Dinner is served between 4 and 9 Sunday through Thursday, and between 4 and 10 on weekends. Sunday brunch is served 11am till 2:30.
